How to open Map Window?
In the Menu bar
- Click Map → Open Map Window
How to change map view to Full Screen?
Option 1: In the Menu bar
- Click Map → Full Screen View
Option 2: In the Toolbar
- Click Full Screen Button
How to register a Map?
Right click on the Map Menu choose where the map will be uploaded then click register map.
- Browse for the map that will be uploaded, named the map according to its classification.
How to use Zoom In button?
In the Toolbar
- Click Zoom In Button then click the Zoom In cursor to the center of the area you want to zoom in on. Repeat this procedure until you have the appropriate level of enlargement.
What is the use of Zoom out Button?
In the Toolbar
- Click Zoom out Button, point and click the Zoom Out cursor to the center of the area you want to zoom out on.
How can I view other sites without using the Zoom out button?
In the Toolbar
- Click Pan Button then click the area of the map while holding the mouse button, drag the pan in the appropriate direction. When you release the mouse button, the map will be panned according to preference.
How do I adjust map view to its original size?
In the Toolbar
- Click Full Zoom Button then point the cursor on the map.
How can I measure the distance between points and total distance among multiple points?
In the Toolbar
- Click Ruler Button then click the starting point on the map window. Click again to the area of the map for the end point, the distance between two points is displayed at the status bar. To show the distance of intermediate points along a route, click on a starting point and continue to click on additional points. The status bar will display the summation of all the distance from the starting point to the last point added.
- To remove the dotted lines on the map window, double-click to end.
Where can I view details/information of a specific area on the map?
In the Toolbar
- Click the Info Tool Button then click any area on the map window.
Can I view a location without using the mouse?
Yes, but you need to open a map first, then in the Toolbar
- Click Search Button select a Map then click Search; Highlight a specific location then click Go to.
What is the use of creating buffers?
In the Toolbar
- Click Create Buffer, this is used to view distance between each site. You can set display properties of the buffer (color, thickness, measurement by meter).
Can I print a selected map view on the screen?
Yes, just click Print Button on the Toolbar.
Can I create my own theme?
Yes, in the Toolbar click create Theme Button set theme properties that suits you.
How to Open Theme?
In the Toolbar
- Click Open Theme Button to select default or your personal theme.
What is the use of planning tab?
In the Main Window
- Click Planning tab to view selection. Select from the list then double click to load the sites. This site consists of data location and other information.
Can I link/attach files to a specific branch/location?
Yes, click info tool icon then select location. Under Layer data window on the lower left side of the screen click add hyperlink.
- Browse for the file/URL then save. You can link as many files and website as you can.
How can I view the files that I attached?
Select for the info tool icon then click the location where you attached a file, then click browse.
How I can add or plot site on the map?
In the Toolbar
- Click Add Sites Button then complete the information box.
How to edit a site?
In the Toolbar
- Click Edit Sites or tick the arrow to manage Edit Site Data and Move Site, this buttons allows to change the information or data on a specific site.
